Located at the northern end of the Napa Valley , in the town of Calistoga, the NAPA COUNTY FAIRGROUND operates a year-round facility, offering a wide variety of services to its patrons.

The Napa county Fairgrounds is governed by a 7 member board elected by the fair association.

Overseeing the day-to day operations of the fairgrounds is Patty Sereni, Interim CEO.
